Michael Ricke

Michael is the parent of a developmentally disabled adult daughter Julia. He has over 30 years experience with development and construction, as well as managing a business.

Barry Ross

Barry is the parent of a son with special needs, Austin. He has been a practicing dentist for over 25 years in Hamilton County. As a sole practitioner, Barry has extensive experience with all aspects of business management, including human resources and personnel.

Carolyn Ross

Carolyn is the parent of a son with special needs, Austin. She has worked extensively with Hamilton County Special Olympics. Carolyn is also a Certified Parent Surrogate, a past member of the State of Ohio and Hamilton County Early Intervention Council and Transition Boards. She also worked as a member of the Hamilton County Family Involvement Committee. Her strong business and organizational skills are an asset to BeauVita.

Julie Dunford

Julie is the parent of two developmentally disabled children. She works as a Parent Mentor for the Oak Hills Local School District. Julie also works as a volunteer coordinating a local social network for the developmentally disabled.

Tim McDermott

Tim is the parent of a developmentally disabled daughter, Erin. He has over 30 years experience in business, including ten years as a managing partner of a custom IT-software firm servicing hospitals, distributors and nursing homes and fifteen years managing the back office operations of an industrial distributor.

Mike Morency

Mike is the parent of a Special Needs adult named Jason. He has been involved with Hamilton County Special Olympics since Jason was a little guy. He has been the Westside Coordinator for a Special Needs Soccer program called TOP Soccer (The Outreach Program) for the last 10 years. Mike brings to the board 15 years experience in renting and managing rental properties.

Paul Heisel

Paul is the parent of two adult children with a full mutation of Fragile X Syndrome. In 1966 he founded Controlled Credit Corp. and currently their Treasurer and COB he also was one of the founding partners of Medical Recovery Services and Control Inc. He has served on several boards including Espy Boys and Girls Club. Married in 1958 to Nancy Poland, they have 8 children 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
